delicious. celebrates the annual Produce Awards in a new video campaign via Visual Domain – Campaign Brief

To celebrate 17 years of delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards, Harvey Norman and delicious. have teamed up with Australia’s largest video production company, Visual Domain, to create a 10-minute video campaign that spotlights Australia’s top producers, who harvest produce supplied to the country’s top chefs and hospitality venues .

The campaign video features Gerry Harvey leading a conversation with master craftsman chef and restaurateur Matt Moran, diving into how he incorporates seasonality into menus and the importance of working with local producers. The video also features three of Australia’s top producers, as well as Chiswick chef Taylor Cullen, preparing a dish using fresh produce from these farmers.

The Delicious 2022. Harvey Norman Produce Awards focus on how food producers grow, grow, harvest and catch the produce they supply to Australia’s top chefs and establishments. This year’s awards also emphasize environmental sustainability, provenance, species diversity and preservation, and the importance of working with the local community. In light of this, the video discusses the future of farming, from paddock to plate.
